If you aren't writing, jot your thoughts down on index cards and refer to them when you are ready to write that scene. Keep a list of research sites you may need to refer to later as you write. Take or find photographs that are the image of a setting or person you want to describe in your story so you can write it when you are ready. If you have an idea for a specific scene and you're not sure where it will go in the story, write it out, and fit it in as you progress in the story. Each step will save you time.

Years later, writers like Victoria Holt and Mary Stewart piqued my interest in writing, and then more recently Nora Roberts inspired me. I love my writer journey and hope I can inspire future writers with my stories!(less)
