Adam Dacey has been practising meditation for twenty-six years. A former Buddhist monk, he now teaches mindful meditation extensively across the world. He is the founder of Mindspace and the Meditation in Schools project, a live and online programme, which brings the mindful practices presented in these books to the next generation.
