1975’te İzmit’de doğdu. Antalya Lisesini (1992), ODTÜ Biyolojiyi (1998) bitirdi ve yüksek lisansını da bu bölümde yaptı (2001).
İlk olarak iki şiiriyle Varlık dergisinde göründü (2000). Daha sonraki şiirleri Varlık (2002), Sonsuzluk ve Bir Gün (2005) ile Geceyazısı (2005, 2006) dergilerinde yer aldı. Edebiyat ve sanat eleştirisi yazıları Virgül (2005, 2007-2009), Ayraç (2011, 2012), Roman Kahramanları (2014) ve Ayrıntı Dergi (2019) matbu dergileri ile K24 (2015, 2021), Eleştirel Kültür (2017, 2020), E-Skop (2020, 2022), Terrabayt (2021), Punctum (2023, 2024, 2025) ve ViraVerita (2025) e-dergilerinde yayımlandı. 2013 yılında Dünyanın Öyküsü Dergisi Öykü Ödülünü kazandı. 1995-2018 yılları arasındaki şiirlerini topladığı "Uyurgezerin Seyahatna
