I am a writer, speaker, and wholeness advocate whose work bridges inner transformation and cultural renewal. As a TEDx speaker, multi–award-winning author, and Wholeness Advocate, I have been teaching and writing for more than two decades at the intersection of spirituality and psychology.

Through my talks, events, Awaken Your Power podcast, and writing, I explore how breakdowns initiate us into rebirth. Drawing on alchemical philosophy, Jungian ideas, and myth, I offer a grounded path that favors wholeness over quick fixes.

My next book, The Essential Ingredient: Remaking Ourselves in Times of Crisis, will be available on June 9th, 2026.

“People shouldn't be afraid of their government. Governments should be afraid of their people.”
Alan Moore, V for Vendetta

“As above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe, so the soul…”
Hermes Trismegistus

Margaret Atwood
“That was when they suspended the Constitution. They said it would be temporary. There wasn't even any rioting in the streets. People stayed home at night, watching television, looking for some direction. There wasn't even an enemy you could put your finger on.”
Margaret Atwood, The Handmaid’s Tale

Brené Brown
“Midlife: when the Universe grabs your shoulders and tells you “I’m not f-ing around, use the gifts you were given.”
Dr. Brene' Brown

“An old Celtic proverb boldly places death right at the center of life. ‘Death is the middle of a long life,’ they used to say. Ancient people did things like that; they put death at the center instead of casting it out of sight and leaving such an important subject until the last possible moment. Of course, they lived close to nature and couldn’t help but see how the forest grew from fallen trees and how death seemed to replenish life from fallen members. Only the unwise and the overly fearful think that death is the blind enemy of life.”
Michael Meade
