| 3.5 stars. So right off the bat, the entire manuscript is littered with tons of formatting, grammatical, and punctuation issues. And that made it very hard to understand who was speaking, past vs present times, etc. However, I understand firsthand ho ...more | |

| Amy Cross has some really inventive concepts. The feeling that you’re always being watched, and even worse, when that feeling is backed by the fact that…well…there’s really somebody following you for your entire life with a camera. Creepy to the max! ...more | |

| 2.5 stars. I didn’t care for this at all. It’s just a very mean-spirited body horror, with nothing else beyond the vulgar dialogue, nonstop sexual assault, and mutilation. The characters have almost no development, and the premise offers nothing new ...more | |

| 3.5 stars. This was a longwinded story. Not that any of it wasn't written well, but it could have been trimmed down quite a bit. I really enjoyed the depth of the paranoia and fear from Alex, who was our lead. Her interactions with the other mothers, ...more | |

Yep, I've had similar experiences and you took the right action by reporting. Fake ratings, unfortunately, happen more often then they should and GR does not seem to want to address it properly.
Dear Peter, hope you are keeping well? :o)
Just a quick message to say that some abusive comments and 5 "1 star" ratings (ratings; no reviews) were posted in relation to my book from 5 fake goodreads accounts. I have reported this issue to librarians/goodreads help and I hope they will deal with this promptly. If you have any experience in dealing with similar situation, pls share- its a first time this happened to me and I am a bit upset.
Its worrying that " fake ratings" are possible, for they have the power to skew the true average rating.
Wishing you a lovely day :o)

Hi Peter :o)I love this part of the quote above:
"You will see my life through your eyes, as your life will be seen through mine".
So simple; so true. We will all be much happier in our relationships if we kept it in mind :o)
