This is John's second book, reflecting on the risk he took throughout his life that led to a series of successful business platforms. As one reviewer phased it, "I would like to borrow your Guarding Angel" in reference to the many perils that he escaped from. Each chapter focuses on a positive trait that a leader needs to achieve for a successful outcome regardless of the obstructions blocking the way. Not all of his ventures turned out positive, but for John, this was not a setback. He did not have the word "failure" in his vocabulary. His motto was that you either "succeed or you learn."
