I'm an indie Horror writer who lives deep in the heart of Texas. When I'm not writing novels and stories for anthologies, I'm doing the bidding of 3 adorable huskies. I've been married for over 20 years and have a teenager in the house, so I won't be running out of horror material for quite some time.

I either take a day off and focus on other things, ignoring it and coming back the next day with a fresh outlook. The other is to tackle it head-on and just start writing. Sometimes I'll stay within the framework of what I'm working on but if it's a bad case, I will just start writing anything to get words on paper and hopefully after a bit it will break trough so I can pivot back to what I was originally working on.(less)

Go get Cuckoo

I'm working on a number of projects that have gotten in the way of keeping the posts going on the site, but I wanted to pop on and tell you about Mike Ennebach's newest book ...

I'm not sure why this graphic looks like 4 stars, cause this book is a 6 out of 5. Mike bares his soul and this is my must read book not written by Eric Butler for 2023.

Grab it ,here.

This was my first Poirot story, and it's a solid murder mystery. It feels like it might be one of the first "serial" killer stories and it's interesting to see how she handles that within the over all story.

This one reads similar to Holmes and Watso

Enough gore to satisfy the bloodthirsty and a thrilling story of twisted fate."
