Brian Ludwig Anxiety is living life constantly prepared to fail and continually rehearsing how you will cope with impending failure.

I wrote PANIC ATTACKS CALMING THE STORM to help others defeat the beast of mental torment

If only a book like this had been around when I was battling panic attacks! If I knew then what I know now I would not have gone through years of torment.

Through trial and error I learned how the mind works and gathered valuable information by observing and counseling others overwhelmed by panic and anxiety.
