Well, marketing Lottie is proving to be a full time job!
I am currently using the promotion tools on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, they seem to reach a large audience, but not always successful in generating sales.
I have donated books to local schools, and there is great feedback from them, also the local library and the local college.
I would love to hear from fellow authors on how you market your books, what have been your successes and what have been your failures?
The editing of book two is going well, a slow process, but it is nice just to sit and read what you have written, it is a surprise sometimes.

Hi, this is the first time I have ever done a blog!
What to write about??
Well how about I start at the beginning and let you know something about myself?
I am a new author and Lottie Jones and the Magical Realm: Dragoron is my first novel in the series.
I began writing the book at the beginning of 2019, I had only written poetry and short stories before that. I opened my computer one day and Lottie Jones began.
2019 was a rollercoaster of a year, writing the book, querying and then deciding to self publish, I am very happy with the results, and hope you enjoy the story.
I am currently in the process of reading and editing the second book in the series and hope to publish a bit later on in the year. I will keep you updated.
In the meantime, please do give Lottie a read, if you like Young Adult Fantasy Fiction then please
do give it a try! The book is available in paperback, kindle and kindle unlimited on Amazon.
