I'll be joined in conversation at my hometown bookstore, Bank Square Books, in Mystic, CT, by Joy Baglio, the founder and director of the Pioneer Valley Writers' Workshop.
The event will also feature live music by the Kat & Brad band who draw from 50s and 60s pop. And, stay tuned for a custom cocktail and appetizer created by Engine Room gastropub, who will give us a mixology lesson so we can join the party with fancy drink in hand!
I'll sign the books ordered through Bank Square Books. The first 25 people who order will receive not only a personalized copy of Animal Wife, but a doughnut from Young Buns Doughnuts (in Mystic, CT).
