Vishal Wadhwani I love this question, I wanted to publish something, I didn't know exactly what, and I had worked for a while leveraging a methodology very well known…moreI love this question, I wanted to publish something, I didn't know exactly what, and I had worked for a while leveraging a methodology very well known in the Technology world called Scrum Agile, this methodology, though, was so easy to adapt and to leverage in any kind of projects where you liaise constantly with different stakeholders, deliver value iteratively to the organization and require adaptability on project management. I decided to write this book that is a completely practical playbook to implement this methodology to any type of project where you need to define, deliver, gather feedback and iteratively improve your product.(less)
