C.R. Hogan liked an answer from Rick Riordan: Hello! I love your books, but I have a question. In Magnus Chase, Thor mentions Jesus existing, which probably means every religion exists. But some religions actively say that all other religions don't exist, so how does that belief work? (Also I really, really like your books, thanks for making them!) Thanks for reading. The anecdote about Jesus and Thor comes from the 13th Century Icelandic Sagas. I didn't make it up. the ending had me completely and utterly gagged like holy shit??? definitely glad i gave this a try as i liked it a lot more than the previous series and its made me incredible excited for the sequel next year
