Monica T. Rodriguez is the author of the technothriller Bulletproof. Her fascination with the eerie, odd, and supernatural began with the six-fingered hand of the Creature Feature movies crawling out of the ground and into her imagination. In addition to nightmares of bugs making words on her wall, those movies provided a lifetime’s worth of fuel for stories that tend to bend the laws of physics. Today her thrillers end up somewhere on the way to science fiction.

Monica prefers to read thrillers, science fiction, and fantasy that straddle the border between reality and the realm beyond that fascinates us all. Her current favorite series is The Dresden Files by Jim Butcher, and she's a particular fan of the audiobooks narrated by James Marst ...more
