S.K. Maars is the author of adult fiction and children's stories, living on the West Coast of B.C. with her husband and two sons. Her love of helping people of all ages is a common thread throughout her varied jobs from working in group homes, being a noon supervisor and crossing guard for local elementary schools, providing daycare from her home and currently working within Court Services in British Columbia.
