G.S. Fortis is an American writer based in Los Angeles. He has worked as both a development executive and as a screenwriter in the entertainment industry. After many years of writing for the screen, he decided the story of a demonically-possessed private detective on a quest for her own salvation might make an interesting book.

When not writing, he enjoys exploring the nooks and crannies of LA. One of his favorite hobbies is taking photos, particularly of the weird and wonderful architecture of the city.
