Where the hell have I been?!
I feel like I've been a little MIA lately, so I figured I'd pop over and do a check in to let you all know what's going on.
-All the Right Things released earlier this month, and I am absolutely loving the feedback from it! So many people have enjoyed Jonas and Andi's story, and every time I get a good review, or someone just tells me they liked it, I get so giddy. Thank you to everyone for making this book so dang special. So many of you have been asking me when book 2 is releasing...which brings me to....
-Book 2 in the Grady series. I was on a roll with this one, guys. I was writing it at the speed of light. But then...I realized I hated it. After working so hard on Book 1, I didn't want to give anything that wasn't up to par. I have restarted this book about 3-4 times now. Last time, I realized I wanted to change one detail of the story...but that one detail was so huge that I was going to have to completely rewrite everything. That being said though, I am on a good roll now, and the story is finally coming together. (Thank goodness). My plan was to release every two months if possible, but we'll see. I want to make sure it's something worth putting out. This series is something special, and I want each book to reflect that.
-Aces Wild is now an audio book! That's right. You can listen to the wonderful AJ Levitt read about Tess and Alexander. Although the audiobook journey was a long one, and I don't know when I'll do it again, I'm so happy this one is out in the world!
-My shop will be up within the next week. I'm working on ordering a few more things to have stock of. You'll be able to order everything from signed books to swag right here on my site.
-I've decided to dabble a bit in the erotica genre, so I have a small project that I'm working on now. It will be written under a different pen name, so I will announce that as the time gets closer.
-I also have one more surprise in the works, but for now, that one has to stay a secret. But just now, I am chomping at the bit to talk about it!
--Okay, I've rambled on long enough. Time to get back to writing. I promise I will have some good stuff for you soon. Let me know what you're most excited about that I have coming up!

Aces Wild...the end of an era
Aces Wild is finished! And this one was entirely bittersweet for me.
It was wonderful because I got to tell the story of Tess and Alexander, two entirely imperfect people who are trying to navigate the waters of a relationship. Alexander is the first real "anti-hero" I wrote, and I swear he holds a special place in my heart. And Tess is just all fire, independence, and spunk. I loved writing them both.
Now, time for the bittersweet part. Aces Wild is the last story that will be told within the world of Tyler and Sam. When I wrote the Constant Trilogy, I knew there were a couple more stories I wanted to get out into the world...Emily and Andrew...and Tess and an unknown guy.
Now, nine months after Tyler and Sam were first put into the world, I am closing the book on their universe. Over 200,000 words and five books later, and I am done telling their stories. Done living in their world. Done revealing their deepest, darkest secrets. Done daydreaming about how they all fall in love.
I still get all weepy when I read the end of Aces, and I think a huge part of that is just because it feels like the end of an era for me.
BUT...with all of that being said, I am so excited to show you all what's next. A whole new world with all new characters...an entirely new series to fall into. More details soon to come!
And who knows? Maybe one day I will venture back into the Constant world and see if there are any more stories to be told.

Seeing Red is LIVE
Oh man, I can't believe that I finished my first book that wasn't about Tyler And Sam! Needless to say though, I wasn't quite ready to leave their world behind, so I made a spinoff. (And another one that I'm writing now...;) ) *Spoiler alert: We still get to see Tyler and Sam in both of them. I just loved their characters too much to walk away so soon!*
That being said, writing The Constant Series could get very dark at times. There were some issues I wrote about that made for some tough scenes to pen to paper. I made the decision that my next book would be a bit more light and fun! I think Emily and Andrew's story captured that essence perfectly.
They are fun and sexy and funny, I had a blast writing their story. After meeting them in The Constant Series, you get to see a whole new side to both of them in this book. It's a little over four years down the road from where we leave Tyler and Sam, so all of the characters have definitely grown.
I hope you will give them a chance because I think their love story is worth it! (Of course, I wrote it, so maybe I'm a little biased? Maybe...)
Let me know what you think!
Next up is Tess's story with a sexy alpha mogul named Alexander. :)
I love having input from you guys. What/who do you want to read about?!

Just a little tease...
Emily and Andrew's story is currently in editing, but it should be out later this month. I thought in the meantime, I could give you a little excerpt from their story! Let me know what you think...
~Half an hour later, I was knocking on her front door, and when she opened it, my jaw dropped. She wore a stunning violet dress which hugged every curve. It went down to her knees had a slit up one side showing off her creamy white skin.
As my eyes drifted upward, I could see the top of the dress hooked around the back of her neck, and with the plunging neckline, her breasts were pushed together and looked absolutely delicious.
I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t tempted to tell her to get the fuck back in that apartment and put on something that didn’t have every man in a 20-mile radius drooling over her. Part of me wanted to say fuck dinner and rip that dress off of her instead. It’d look far better on the floor anyway. But part of me was determined to still take her out and make every one of those sorry bastards jealous that I had the hottest woman in the city.
“Like what you see?” She asked, clearly noticing my stare. She did a quick turn so I could see the back which made that round ass of hers pop. And that red hair of hers blew all around her with the motion. Images of that red hair splayed out on my pillow while she screamed my name clouded my thoughts.
Damnit, this woman was going to kill me before we had even gotten started.
Making sure she got my message, I leaned in to whisper in her ear, my lips barely grazing her neck. “Red, you keep turning around like that and showing me that perfect ass, we aren’t going to make it to dinner.”
Her grey eyes flicked up to mine, hooded under her thick lashes. “Why? Are you hungry for something else?”
“Red, you have no fucking idea.” ~
Eeep! I'm so excited for you guys to read this one!

The Trilogy is complete!
Oh my goodness, guys! Seriously, I might have to hold back tears as I write this.
The idea for Tyler and Sam came to me YEARS ago. And when I tell you, I wrote the beginning chapters of Book 1 approximately 60 times, it's not an exaggeration. I just couldn't figure out the best way to begin to tell their tale.
But once I finally sat down and just wrote it exactly how I saw it in my head, it just flowed onto the page.
Surprise took the longest just because it was the first, and it was certainly hard writing about such painful, graphic things. Reminder was fun because Tyler and Sam really began to find their footing as an actual couple. Love, however, took me by surprise. When I began writing it, I knew how it would end. I knew how I would wrap it up with a nice bow on top. What I didn't know was how the journey would unfold along the way. I wrote it, and I loved it so much that when it came back from editing, I read it again, and I just had to add more to it. I found it so hard saying goodbye to these two that I had to add just a little more to their story.
I have laughed with them. I have cried with them. They have filled my head and occupied my thoughts for years now. Sam started out as a meek, timid character, but my main goal was to have her true personality explode onto the page. I wanted her to be a force of nature, and boy, did she deliver. As for Ty...I always said when I wrote that I didn't always want to write 'the asshole'. You know the one I mean...the guy who acts like a total dick half of the book, but then you find his soft spot and end up loving him anyway? That guy? Well, I wanted Tyler to be loveable from the start. A guy who was not only sexy and smoldering, but also one who knew what love was when he felt it and wasn't afraid to fight for it. (But of course, he also still rocks in the bedroom...am I right?)
Thank you so much to everyone who has given Tyler and Sam a chance, and I hope that when you read it, you fell in love with them as much as I have. I would always love to hear feedback, so let me have it!
And for those of you who are sad, Ty and Sam are done, fear not because they make appearances in the next TWO books I'm working on. What can I say? I just couldn't let them go!
Thank you all again,
Now excuse me while I go breathe a sigh of relief and cry a few more tears for the end of an era....
