Bee is a writer, book reviewer, copy editor but above all - a book lover. They wrote their first ‘novel’ when they were eight years old, the exciting tales of Desmond the Bear (written in beautiful purple crayon and unfortunately lost to time)

They have released two novellas, What If and Constellations, available now from most online retailers.

Healing in ReVerse is their first poetry collection, inspired by their own experiences with trauma, disability, and healing, failing and healing again. Thank the Goddess for therapy.

If I'm struggling, I'll usually find a few writing prompts and try writing a couple articles.

If that doesn't work, I'll usually take a theme from whatever I'm currently working on, and write a quick scene about it.(less)

One of my favourite hyper specific story types is “supernatural but with boring paperwork” — so of course when I saw this, combined with whatever eldritch madness is going on with the cover, this was a must-read for me.

I’m just gonna come out and say it — does Emily Austin lace the pages of her books with nicotine or something? Because I am addicted to her writing.

Okay so I’m rereading this as I DNF’d back in 2018.

I still LOVED the new write on Circe’s story, how it wove existing mythology with a creative new story to give backstory, to build up her character and draw out the stories women have seen between t
