Let Us Enjoy Nature
Today ,June 20,2021,I take time out to appreciate the beauty of our environment, nature, and the creation of life more so than I did before. In my new book, which is about stress reduction and prevention that will be published this summer, I discussed the importance of appreciating and enjoying our environment and nature. This is one aspect of stress reduction found in chapter 15 of 22 (Be Gracious—Give Thanks for Everything).
Let us all make it a habit to enjoy the beauty that nature has to offer. It will do wonders for our stress level.
