Gary Sturgis survived the greatest loss of his life and now works as a Bereavement Facilitator guiding and supporting others in their struggle with grief.
Facilitating both Support Groups and Workshops, he finds it a gift to be able to help others navigate their way through the maze of grief in a very personal and meaningful way. He lives by the ocean in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

My Life Now - 6 Years Later

I remember after my spouse died, I went into the local post office and the very nice lady at the counter handed me my mail, offered her condolences, and shared sadly, “I lost my daughter in a car accident.” I’m so sorry. When did you lose her? “Fourteen years ago,” adding solemnly, “You never forget.”

Excellent Resource for the Grieving Heart I recommend this book to anyone grieving the loss of a loved one. David has a special way of mapping out how important it is to do the “grief work” that I believe is so important to healing a broken heart.
