Developing an ebook takes time and patience yet it is relatively easy. The only way to get started is research. Now that my first ebook is released I've heard so much about authors needing Beta Readers, prior to launching your ebook. Depending on the Beta Reader, they may give you advice on your plot, or comments on your style. They could even just say "hey, i loved it!" or "that was not for me." Either way, there is a benefit.

Finding Beta Readers is not as easy as I'd hoped. Being a new self-published author, it's challenging to find people to buy the ebook. So, if i ask the people i know to read it, then i also end up with less sales. They will not purchase the ebook if they've already read it. So, i find myself stuck in limbo.

I've joined a facebook group and posted my search for readers but no one has commented. Crossing fingers i can soon figure this out!
