I tend to just move onto another section, or another chapter - while I mull things over. Sleeping on it helps aswell !!

Worst thing you can do, in my opinion, is get stressed about it !! Your brain is far less helpful when you're stressed and bursting with rage!!

Maybe do some exercise. Go for a walk. Nice cup of tea!! RELAX :D
