Lockdown positivity

This is my first blog so please be gentle with me!

The lockdown has undoubtedly been a very difficult time for many people. Being separated from loved ones, restricted to our homes and prevented from doing many of the things we enjoy doing in ‘normal’ times can take its toll (even though of course I understand why it’s necessary).
