I Don't Agree wins BIG at the Business Book Awards 2021
I'm so very sorry.
Equally, I'm delighted too.
Delighted to officially announce that I actually took Gold for the Business Book Awards 2021 Leadership of the Future award last night. Genuinely, I wasn't expecting that.
Which means I'm going to have to apologise in advance to everyone I know (certainly to everyone in my Linkedin network); I may be dining out on this for some time. Sorry (again).
No-one really does anything on their own.
The triumph of I Don't Agree at #BBA2021 can be credited to my amazing contributors and collaborators. Thanks so much Ash Alexander-Cooper OBE, Jules Chappell OBE, Susan Thomson, Jack Cambria, Tom Fletcher CMG, Jeremy Greenstock, Sally Tickner, Lucy Scott, Myles Hunt, Chris Parker, Charlotte Staley, Emma Tinker, and everyone at Harriman House
Extra levels of apology and gratitude to all my friends, family and colleagues who I (relentlessly) 'promoted' (read badgered or bullied) into getting the book. I can't list everyone here. I'm just glad we're all still talking!
And everyone behind the event: Brad Edwards, Kasim Choudhry, Lucy McCarraher and the chair of judges for my award Barbara Khattri - it's not often one gets called a game changer in front of a live audience. Thank you.
