Karen was born into dysfunction and hostility in Benwel, Newcastle Upon Tyne. A projection for her mother’s hate and failings and the scapegoat in the family dynamics. Beaten and ridiculed battered and bruised she grew destined to repeat the blueprint of her childhood and date abusive men . Spiralling into her own addictions and dysfunction she went around in the hamster wheel until recovery broke the cycle of abuse. Navigating out of darkness Karen takes the reader on an emotional rollercoaster from living hell, to helping others.
One woman’s powerful journey to overcome all her adversities and find her self worth .
