The Strains of Publishing: What I learned publishing two novels
It’s no surprise that I am an author. I will not deny that there are hardships along the way through writing and publishing and even after publishing, the troubles and dilemmas only continue.
When I published my first book Missing, I assumed that was it I was going to some how become a bestseller like everyone else, I thought, I did it! I did do it, but that was just the beginning of a new journey! A journey I had to learn and I am still learning and willing to share with my audience.
Firstly, WRITING NEVER GETS EASIER! I was of the impression once I got through my first book writing my second would be a breeze. It was not. It wasn’t even a gust nothing, I struggled through The Perfect Father even if it was just a rewrite of To New York’s Attorney, a novel I wrote at sixteen and published on Wattpad. Bottom line, writing is difficult even if it’s your fifth book!
Secondly Publishing isn’t easy! There’s the decision of either self or traditional publishing. I took the path of self-publishing and let me tell you, you’re doing everything on your own. You’re your own digital marketer, you’re your own graphic designer, editor, author, everything in one! And I’m doing this while trying to get a law degree!
And lastly, Marketing is hard, it’s essentially putting yourself out there your brand. You want people to know who you’re similar to, who you are and what your brand is like.

The Perfect Father: Progress to release
It’s been long I’ve been active on this blog. There’s no secret. I apologize for my distance to post content on my blog since I took on the responsibility of having a blog in the first place.
Despite that, I’m back and here to give you the run-down on The Perfect Father’s transition from Work-in-Progress to Published E-book!
I would begin this article with confirmation of the new cover for The Perfect Father.

What’s Next For Nenny May
Taking a step further from the release of her debut thriller novel Missing that has begun to form her brand, Nenny May isn’t willing to stop there. No, shew is currently in the works of another thriller, a nail biting legal thriller published on Wattpad as most of her stories are, under the title To New York’s Attorney. Relying on community feedback from her first thriller book on the site–Wattpad– Nenny is engaged in a full plot edit of the novel that will be released to book stores under the new title The Perfect Father.

This legal thriller takes on a more mysterious storytelling tone . It is best understood through the description below;
Was he the perfect father, Or the Perfect killer?
Ten years ago, Terrence Gresham was arrested and tried for murder. The charges had been dismissed for a want of evidence.
Ten years later with a murder brewing at his office dwelling, all fingers point to Terrence and Christina Gresham is the only one willing to save his case.
How Well Do You know your father?
Christina Gresham is officially in Lawyers’ hell. Just when she thought she’d escaped the past, it found her. That same ugly past that believed her father had murdered her twin brother.
Riddled with doubt, Christina Gresham finds herself delving deeper into Terrence’s arrest ten-years ago, not expecting to find the bitter truth that made her blood run cold.
What Lines are you willing to cross for family?
With her health rapidly deteriorating, Christina Gresham can’t afford a prolonged trial and entangles herself in a forbidden affair with Detective Harrington, because, she would die before letting her sixty-something-year-old father serve time for a murder he probably didn’t commit.
This well acknowledged novel is due to be released January 15th 2021 where much like Missing, it will be released on Kindle for free exclusively to kindleunlimited users for a limited time. The paperback will be released in Febuary on the 21st 2021 on Amazon.
Following this, Nenny May will as well be in the works of yet another psychological thriller aimed to be released in December 2021.

MISSING
Madison Miller is thrown in the middle of a criminal investigation when her neighbour’s only son is kidnapped in a way much too similar to the way her son was kidnapped.
***********
Ten children, ten weeks, one killer.
Abandoned bodies of ten-year-old boys have been turning up all over Charlotte, North Carolina and the inhabitants are petrified. Ten murders in ten weeks, all committed with a gunshot to the head, and still nobody has a clue who the deranged killer is.
Laid-off news reporter and part-time babysitter Madison Miller, is tired of receiving nothing but rejection on her resumé, and so, she delves into babysitting as a fulltime career. Little does she know just how this will affect her.
Being the only mildly trustworthy babysitter, she’s entrusted with ten-year-old Ethan Daniels, only son of the now-barren couple, Lauren and Parker Daniels.
The boy goes missing, throwing Madison Miller into a thrilling panic and into the centre of the investigation. Her only clue, a call begging for forgiveness.
She enlists the help of courageous former detective Adam Walker, a long time neighbor, and Detective Ryan Gates, an ally. Can Walker and Gates help Madison find answers before the deranged killer and his deadly gun claim another victim?
Alexander Hemmings’ head felt thick, stuffed to the point of overflowing with the concerns he’d with time shoved up there. He had to return the boy… Gosh! He had to return him, as if he were a shirt he’d picked up from the thrift store in the wrong hue of green.
