Phil Shore graduated from Emerson College in 2011 with a B.S. in Print & Multimedia Journalism. At Emerson College, Shore was also a member of the men's lacrosse team, captaining the NCAA Division 3 program his senior year. He has written for The Boston Globe, New England Lacrosse Journal, New England Soccer Journal, New England Baseball Journal, New York Hockey Journal, and U.S. Lacrosse Magazine. He published his first book, "Major League Life: Why Major League Lacrosse Players, Coaches, and Fans Share a Passion for a League that Often Goes Overlooked," in June 2019.
