I. D. Cortez is a freelancer, content creator and author. He began his writing career in 2005 where he wrote several poems and short stories, some of which were featured in live stage performance. SUSPECT 21 is his first full novel in prints and was born out of a sheer passion for writing. Looking back, the only thing he loved as a waning child was a well written story and he would often disappear into the pages of a book for days to relive all the unimaginable fantasies he was denied.

Permit me to say that fantasies aren't so bad if they're realistic and attainable. You can own an entire country in the cramped pages of a book and that's the best part about the creative work of fiction. Realistic fantasy made alive. Truth is, some books do come to life. You might just wake one day to realize you're living in a world you first created in the cramped yet endless pages of book.(less)
