Food and storytelling have always been at the heart of Adam K. Watson’s life. Growing up in southeastern Virginia, he spent as much time obsessed with kitchens as he did with writing. After working in enough restaurants to realize cooking was better suited as a personal passion than a profession, he earned a degree in creative writing. His career ultimately led him into two decades of broadcast television production, where he worked with globally recognized brands including ESPN, the NFL, IBM’s The Weather Company, and Gulfstream Aerospace.
