Fever Dream
I’ve been home sick for a couple of days. Could be a cold. Could be COVID. I won’t know until I get tested which I will be tested-tomorrow. I am vaccinated, so I’m not worried. Just uncomfortable and would like to know how long to isolate myself from friends and family. (Please, save your political … Continue reading Fever Dream

How to Do Nothing
This book is part philosophical exploration around attention that we give and part art history lesson. This is not another book cursing technology. Let the Streak Be UnBroken
I’ve written every day for a minimum of 10 minutes for 29 days. 47 days ago, I decided to workout for a minimum of 10 minutes a day. Once I felt that habit was established, I added another 10 minute daily challenge to my calendar – a writing challenge. While I do have a draft … Continue reading Let the Streak Be UnBroken

38 and 20
I’ve been working out daily for no fewer than 10 minutes for 38 days. Here’s how it’s going – The original plan was to run every day for as many days in a row as possible. Still Learning English…
I want so badly to learn other languages, but I feel like I’m still learning English. Yes, I was born here, but I am still learning words that I did not know existed. Example – Inimical. Did not know that word until a few minutes ago. Could have used that word many times. Dang it.
