As someone once opined, “There’s a book inside of just about everyone.”

Paul Barry took this to heart and decided to see if it were true. A desire to share his personal success in quitting smoking led to ‘Smokebreaker’ and it also fulfills the obligation of his family’s motto, “Pass it On”.

He realized that happiness comes from an inner desire to seek some kind of fulfillment…and that fulfillment, to have meaning, must come from serving others. From the example set by his father, he has tried to follow that path.
Having spent most of his career in the pressure-filled atmosphere of public relations and special promotions field, he continues to dabble in some facet of that profession in retirement.
