The Way to a Man’s Heart

The way to a man’s heart is not always through his stomach.

Jonathan and I longed for a space to sit comfortably where we could talk to each other instead of shouting at each other, albeit kindly.

“Should we find somewhere else to have dinner?” Jonathan yelled at me.

“Sure,” I screamed back into his ear.

So much fun.

We left the rooftop bar in the hope of finding somewhere secluded for a quiet dinner. We delighted in the rest of our date night which we invite you to continue reading here: https://creatingsparksthatlast.blogsp...

Dating Tendencies

San Gimignano was the PERFECT spot for a secluded little lunch date. A bit of something savory, something sweet and a touch of warm deliciousness as only Italians can serve cafè. It matched my dating tendency in every way. Find out about your dating tendencies as discussed by Gretchen Rubin and Logan Ury.

Run Ragged

Running plays a huge role in the fleeing from my demons; it also plays a role in the finding of my inner dragon. You can read my Comrades ultramarathon story at the link below.
It was accepted for Reedsy’s competition! If you enjoy it give it a like.

Dating My Best Friend

"I want someone I can be my true self with, someone who can be as goofy and stupid and weird as I am. I want to be with someone who I can have inside jokes with. Someone who I can make eye contact with and know what they're thinking, with no words needing to be said at all." Quoted from Lessons Learned in Life

Do you think it's possible for a partner to be your love and your best friend? Would you want to share your deepest darkest secrets with someone who is both love interest and friend?

I'm not sure I would.

What Do Your Relationships Look Like?

What do your relationships look like?
💗 Romantic?
🎉 Exciting?
🌺 Spoilt?
👣 Grounded?
Essentially we want our relationships to be all of the above and more. Evolving, growing, openly sharing our thoughts and dreams. If we are to make a long term commitment with the person we have chosen for life, we need to be able to evolve with the ever-changing environment of growth in our relationship; to be able to adapt and strengthen our bonds.
~ For an in-depth look into ways to grow with the changing landscape of love in your life, you can follow the link for more details here https://creatingsparksthatlast.blogsp...
