Srianthi Perera is a journalist who has worked for various publications for more than 30 years in her native Sri Lanka, the Sultanate of Oman, Canada and the United States. Her writing interests are focused on the arts, culture, civic government, travel and history.

She has traveled extensively around the world and delights in observing people and their lives. She’s also inspired by her own experiences of growing up in Sri Lanka. Together, they pepper her writing.

Srianthi resides in Arizona, where she was a news/entertainment reporter at The Arizona Republic for 11 years and currently freelances to various newspapers.
