Ryszard Stone lives in Virginia. Off and on, he lived and worked for twenty years in Africa, Oceania and the Caribbean. At various times he worked as a Peace Corps volunteer, a U.S. diplomat, and a law enforcement official for a foreign government. Happily, his wife and children shared most of those years with him.

I do recall that you were out there on a tour. I did a couple stints in Kolonia with the FSM AG's office, coming up from Kosrae when they had a staff shortage.

My last remaining tie to the FSM, aside from memories, and my old boss who I hear from now and then, is that I am still a member in good standing of the bar of the Supreme Court. Just in case I ever want to practice law out there again...
