✍️I am a studied historian, yet I know that textbook history rarely mattered to real people.
Thus, I tell the essential stories.

There are stories of things that changed everything, yet we take them for granted, not realizing that our civilization would fall apart without them.

Like electricity, cars, effective treatment of diseases, or afterbirth childcare.

But first and foremost, I know history is fun. Because the stories that mattered rattle our minds and read better than the textbooks!

Thus, I strive to give voice to people of the past, to show you their minds so that they win your hearts.

📖My favorite historical book got a re-edition.
If you want to understand the history of today's Israel 🕍, this is a must-read.
It is a novel, but it captures all parts of the conflict's mentality, psychology, and essence.
I just learned that Colin Falconer had published a re-edition (in 2022) of my childhood favorite historical book.
