If you're tired of living on a passive autopilot, I've got something for you.

I'm a corporate sales leader, and I love my work. In my spare time, I write. My first book came out just before I turned forty, and it's a story about living a joyous life by:
- applying intentional life design
- practicing kaizen -- small, incremental, continuous improvements
- finding your "enough"

Pick up The Elements Of Lifestyle and find your enough!

What I'm Currently reading 📖 (July 2026)

I'm usually reading anywhere between two and five books at a time. A few years ago, I was a devoted kindle-only fanatic, but during the pandemic, I fell in love with paperbacks and hardcovers again.

I usually reserve buying "real" books, as some might call them, for those I really expect to be profound texts I'll enjoy keeping in my home library. Oftentimes, I'll also give these out.
