To be honest, I never set out to write a book.

One day I was having a coffee with a good friend of mine, Dave Vaughn from the Smart Collaborative. Dave does a lot of work with young people and whenever we are together at some stage we will talk about young people and the challenges they face today.

Over coffee I was telling Dave how the pressure our young people are under today is immense and that in my opinion, the rise in mental health issues in our young people today are directly linked to that pressure. I made the point that that pressure could be managed with just a few simple life hacks and tips that I had learned in the banking world.
