Quotes by William Holms (?)

“most of our suffering comes from a desire to have the things we don’t need. We throw away the very things in life that make us happy and chase after the things that steal our joy.”
― William Holms, The Killing of Faith

“Real life, real marriage, is something entirely different. It’s not sweet or magical at all. Getting married is easy, but staying married is the hardest thing you’ll ever do.
