Sandra Wendel is a highly experienced book editor who specializes in helping authors write, polish, and publish their nonfiction manuscripts.

Here's why: Some of us are visual writers or audio writers. Some are kinesthetic writers. My book has plenty of tips to help you identify which writer you are and how you can overcome any blocks. And I am here to help you navigate the author/publisher path to publishing. In between the writing and the publishing parts is the editing. Never skip this step.

Because I found myself telling new authors the same advice, I decided to summarize it all in this book. I also teach classes on how to write, publish, and market a book at our community college. I know your frustrations. I know you feel vulnerable. I have the best advice for you, and I know you'll feel much more confident going into the publishing part when you understand how editors help you put your best book forward. (less)
