Chase Troxell graduated from University of Findlay with a B.A. in English and an M.B.A. He has been in supply chain and leadership for ten years. He is also a poet and lover of literature. He has poems published in a variety of small presses and is currently working on his first book of poetry. He has played around with self-publication to provide a guide to his employees to help them with interviewing.
