Victoria Mininger is a former pastor's wife, mom to four daughters and owns and runs a residential construction firm - Bear Creek Outdoor Living - and along with her husband and a team of craftsmen, they build cool stuff but more importantly they strive to build people. Victoria holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and Christian counseling from Liberty University with over twenty years of training and experience in Christian ministry.
