Beasley has always been a dreamer of other worlds. She received her degree in Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2019. She hopes to write characters that inspire and help readers contemplate who they are now and who they want to be.

She lives in North Carolina with her dog, Sally, and cat, Link. A GOD OF DARK AND SORROW is her debut novel.
