Becky Mollenkamp is a feminist business coach for service-based entrepreneurs who want to build human-first businesses rooted in collective flourishing rather than profit-at-all-costs growth.

Her path to coaching was anything but direct. With a master's degree in communications and nearly 20 years in journalism — including time at a daily newspaper, Better Homes and Gardens, and years as a freelance writer and editor — she spent a decade working inside the very systems she'd eventually come to question. She later moved into content marketing before shifting to coaching more than a decade ago.
