Scott Kemp lives in Portland, Maine, and enjoys the time when it's not snowing up here. His best moments are when he is walking on the beach or writing.

Scott has always been fascinated by medicine and the crazy stories surrounding both patients and caregivers. Over the years, he has talked and worked with some of the craziest and fun people ever.

He was asked to help write the stories of those who work in the trenches and began writing on his website. Quickly that became so much fun that he was encouraged to put his stories as books.
