Lev Goodwin is an autistic writer and reader. They were born in Petrozavodsk, Russia, in 1994, just three years after the collapse of the Soviet Union. At 3, they would move to the united states under their Russian Name Ekaterina. Growing up, Lev was affected by the negative stereotypes of people like them. After years of dealing with depression and isolation, Lev left school and, at 23, started writing short stories and full-on novels.

Lev likes to write plots with protagonists that have a disability and tries to add diversity to their writing.
