As a new author, I have enjoyed writing The Curse of the Ruby Eyes. (Book 1) of The Twelve Gems of Murder series. It has taken a lot of time and a lot of coffee, but I have had fun creating my characters, especially my protagonist, Amelia Albert. She is bold, determined, and lets nothing get in her way of solving the case.
