For over twenty years, Matthew Lilley has helped connect, equip and plant houses of prayer, praying churches and presence-centered communities. He is an author, worship leader, podcast host and Bible teacher with a passion for God’s presence, extravagant worship and intercessory prayer.

He founded Presence Pioneers in 2004 with a mission to build day and night worship and prayer for revival that touches the nations with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He is based at Opendoor Church in eastern North Carolina with his wife Shepard and their four children.
