The reason my reading list has several Marseille-themed books on it at the moment is that I am working hard on the finishing touches of a new novel with a French-English mm queer romantic theme, which I hope to launch at the end of January 2026. Things were going according to plan until the project-manager had to pull out for personal, life-related reasons, leaving everything rather up-in-the-air. So I've had to take on the project-management role myself, at least for a while. And as a result it's 'all hands to the pump' right now. In France, Harrold-Vincent Villanueva is busy working on the cover design. In the USA, the contents are being formatted ready for publication. And I'm busy liaising with various different professionals, trying to put together a scaled-down but effective launch. Ultimately we're never in control of anything once it's moved from inside ourselves to the outside world, I think!
