Ally Waldon is finally comfortable with referring to herself as a writer since receiving her MFA in Creative Writing and Publishing Arts from the University of Baltimore. She recently served as one of the 2020-21 editors for Welter, a literary magazine. Many of her story ideas come from an elaborate dream journal that she keeps in the notes section of her phone. She lives in Baltimore City with her family and her very dramatic cat, Little Edie (although she is more medium sized as of late). Even though writing is her passion, you can also find Ally performing in local community theaters and choirs. Interior Lives is her first collection.
