Maria Spithaki (Sociologist - Pedagogue - Writer)

I was born and raised in Heraklion of Crete. I have always loved stories for children.
In 2008 I obtained my sociologist degree from the Social Sciences School of the University of Crete, and from 2013 to 2014 I have worked as a sociologist in the municipality of Phestos, in Heraklion district. In parallel, from 2011 until 2025 I have been involved with the periods of childhood and adolescence in the framework of the private educational system.
I like discovering heroes in the fiction land and giving them life on paper.
