Ben's love of fantasy began in a home filled with Beowulf, Shakespeare, Lewis and Tolkien. He began writing fantasy in middle school after reading Paolini’s Eragon and realizing anyone at any time can be a writer.

Now he seeks to flex the boundaries of the fantasy genre, incorporating new norms in his worldbuilding and dashing aside the expectations society has for different groups. The Crimson Assassin is the debut of the dream, with more works on the way!
